HEIM WELDIOS UNIVERSITY ADMISSION AGENT FORM

This Admission Agent Form (“the Agreement”) is entered into between HEIM WELDIOS UNIVERSITY BENIN, represented hereinafter as “Heim Weldios,” and the undersigned Admission Agent (“the Agent”), collectively referred to as the “Parties,” with the purpose of establishing the terms and conditions for the Agent’s representation and recruitment of qualified candidates for admission to Heim Weldios University.

1. Responsibilities and Obligations:

1.1 The Agent shall act as a representative of Heim Weldios in Nigeria, tasked with identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for admission to Heim Weldios University.

1.2 The Agent is responsible for providing candidates with comprehensive information about Heim Weldios University, including program details, admission requirements, and any other necessary information.

2. Student Commitment:

2.1 Any student referred by the Agent to Heim Weldios automatically becomes a student of Heim Weldios University.

2.2 The Agent shall not attempt to transfer or persuade any student from Heim Weldios to other universities or take any action that may obstruct the student’s enrollment at Heim Weldios. Any such action will result in financial liability on the part of the Agent to Heim Weldios. In case of non-compliance, both the Agent and the student may face legal consequences.

3. Payment:

3.1 The Agent shall receive compensation from Heim Weldios once the referred student(s) make their Admission Processing Fee Payment.

3.2 Students are required to make payments as follows:

• At least 60% of the tuition fees before the commencement of lectures.
• 80% of the tuition fees before the first semester exam.
• 100% of the tuition fees before the second semester exam.

4. Duration and Termination:

4.1 This Agreement is valid for a period of one year from the date of signing by the Agent.

4.2 Heim Weldios reserves the right to review or revoke this Agreement if deemed necessary.

5. Professional Conduct:

5.1 The Agent shall uphold the image and reputation of Heim Weldios at all times.

5.2 The Agent shall refrain from engaging in any activities that could harm the reputation or policy of Heim Weldios.
